Pay History Tab
The Pay History tab contains a record of the employee's pay history, provided through a census upload. You can view and edit historical hourly data on a line-by-line basis. The Look Back report uses the data on the Pay History tab to forecast hourly data.
The following fields are required for a pay history upload.
- Employee SSN
- Social Security Number of employee. Used to correlate with Employee records.
- EID
- Employee ID. If SSNs are not provided, you may use this column as a substitute to identify the employee. Only one or the other (SSN or EID) is required. If EID is used instead of SSN, then EID should be unique for all locations.
- Location
- Name of worksite location to which employee is assigned. Optional only if updating employee information.
- Pay Period Start Date
- Starting date of pay period
- Pay Period End Date
- End date of pay period
- Payroll Date
- Actual date of payroll
- Pay Type
- Enter S for salaried pay or H for hourly pay
- Regular Hours
- Number of regular hours worked during pay period
- PTO Hours
- Number of PTO hours taken during pay period
- Overtime Hours
- Number of overtime hours worked during pay period
- Holiday Hours
- Number of holiday hours taken during pay period
- Qualified Leave Hours
- Number of qualified leave hours taken during pay period
- Non-Qualified Leave Hours
- Number of non-qualified leave hours taken during pay period
- Period Regular Earnings
- Regular earnings, in monetary format, for pay period
- Period Non-regular earnings
- Non-regular earnings, in monetary format, for pay period
