BenSelect:Admin:Employees:EDI

The EDI tab will display the name of the deliverable, date delivered, and file size of the Tracked EDI feed for the selected employee.

If you have a deliverable set up and associated with a report (aka file feed), then BenSelect will track the employee’s presence on that associated report.

If there is no deliverable associated with a file feed, then EDI will not be tracked and reported for an employee.

Reports configured to use EDI Tracking are indicated in the instructions for the report. Currently, only 834 extracts are supported.

Show History 

Click the Show History option to show a history of file feeds for the employee.

By Person 

Click By Person to see the employee and dependents that were included on the specific file feeds.

Deliverable Name 

Name of the deliverable that is associated with the report/file feed on which this employee is reported.

Date 

Date when the report was run.

File size 

Size of the report file.
