Enroll Assist Tab

The Enroll Assist tab allows Case Build users the capability to toggle on/off Chat and Virtual Enrollment Assistance.

VIRTUAL ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE

Enable this toggle to provide direct assistance using screen share by the admin as an enroller or as the employee via self-service.

This provides options on the Enrollment site for employees to request an appointment for assistance. Enrollers can use the Appointments Lobby and the Activities feed to monitor requests, and send appointment information via email or text.

CHAT ASSISTANCE AVAILABILITY

Enable this toggle to turn on Chat Assistance, which provides a "Chat" button on the Enrollment site, allowing employees to request assistance during an enrollment session. It also enables the "Chat Lobby" on the Admin site. After turning on the Chat Assistance functionality, you can then set the Days available, along with the From and To Times. You can also set the time zone for the Chat Assistance availability.


Note - You must assign the roles of "Chat Assistance" and "Virtual Enrollment Assistance" to each user who will be monitoring the Chat and Appointments Lobby, and the Activities feed. These options will not display to users without the appropriate roles assigned.
