Search Tab

The Search tab allows you to search for and view information for an employee.

You can use the Search box to search by partial or full values by default. For example, entering “full” in the Search box returns employees with the letters "full" at the beginning of any searchable field (such as John Fullton, any FullTime employees, employees in location of Fullerton).

Use the wildcard character % if you want to do a partial search anywhere else in a field. For example, typing %time in the Search box finds employees that are listed as FullTime or PartTime, or have the phrase "time" in any other searchable field.

If you want to limit your search to a particular field, you can use a keyword in the search. For example, if you want to search for "john" in the Last Name field only, use the search lastname:john. This search return employees with the last name of John, Johnson, etc. Available keywords for advanced searches are:

Viewing Employee Information

When the search returns results, you can click the hyperlinked name to display that employee's record, which opens with the Employment tab displayed.

Fields that are displayed on the Search tab are:

  • Name
  • SSN
  • EID
  • Job Class
  • Lcoation
  • Paygroup
  • Employment Status
  • Enrollment Status
