Employers Tab
The Employers tab allows you to create, edit, and delete employers for a case.
When you create an employer, the employer is automatically associated with the current (or logged in) case of the Administrator or Case Builder.
Employers Tab (Companies) - Elements
- Employer Name
- Enter a name for the employer, or change the name of an existing employer.
- Address
- Enter or change the address of the employer.
- Small Logo
- You can set up a path to a file that you want to display as the logo on any correspondence. File formats accepted include: JPG, TIF, BMP, and GIF. Enter a path and name for the logo file.
- Big Logo
- You can set up a path to a file that you want to display as the logo on enrollment and system screens. File formats accepted include JPG, TIF, BMP, and GIF. Enter a path and name for the logo file.
- Used in Case
- Displays all of the cases for which this employer is associated. This field will be blank until you associate the employer with a case.
General Buttons
- New
- Click to create a new employer.
- Save
- Click to save any selections or updates made to the employer information.
- Delete
- Click to delete the selected employer and corresponding information.
- Cancel
- Click to cancel all changes.
