Co-Browsing
What is Co-Browsing?
Co-browsing is a way for an enroller to conduct an enrollment interview remotely. As the enroller goes through the enrollment site, the employee follows along, seeing the result of input from the enroller. Following is a list of all co-browsing sessions currently underway in the system.
- Click on the employee ID to view information about the employee participating in the session.
- From there, you may press the Enroll button to join the co-browsing session.
Initiating a Co-Browse Session
Co-browse sessions may be initiated in one of three ways:
- Employee-initiated - The employee clicks on the Help graphic on the enrollment site. The enrollment site displays instructions for contacting an enroller by phone. The enroller picks up the session from the Co-browse Sessions screen.
- Enroller-initiated - The enroller logs onto the enrollment site using the Enroll button. The enroller then instructs the employee to login, automatically joining the enroller's session.
- Observer - An enroller can join a co-browsing session as an observer by logging onto the enrollment site using the Enroll button.
