Sessions Tab
The Sessions tab provides a listing of all sessions for which the employee record has been accessed on the Enrollment Site.
The following table lists the element name and provides a brief description.
- Begin
- Starting date of the enrollment for the selected employee.
- Complete
- Ending date of the enrollment, if the enrollment is completed.
- Last Access
- Displays the date and time that the employee record was last updated.
- Enroller
- Identifies the Enroller who access the employee record.
- City
- Identifies the city where the employee is enrolled.
- State
- Identifies the state where the employee is enrolled.
- Applications
- The total number of applications completed for the specific working session (denoted by last access date).
- System
- Identifies in which system (Web - Enrollment Site, Offline - Laptop enrollment) the employee was enrolled.
- Events
- Displays the date and time that the Employee information was last updated.
