Sessions Tab

The Sessions tab provides a listing of all sessions for which the employee record has been accessed on the Enrollment Site.

The following table lists the element name and provides a brief description.

Begin 
Starting date of the enrollment for the selected employee.
Complete 
Ending date of the enrollment, if the enrollment is completed.
Last Access 
Displays the date and time that the employee record was last updated.
Enroller 
Identifies the Enroller who access the employee record.
City 
Identifies the city where the employee is enrolled.
State 
Identifies the state where the employee is enrolled.
Applications 
The total number of applications completed for the specific working session (denoted by last access date).
System 
Identifies in which system (Web - Enrollment Site, Offline - Laptop enrollment) the employee was enrolled.
Events 
Displays the date and time that the Employee information was last updated.
