Agent IDs identify appointments -- contractual relationships between enrollers and payers. In most cases the appointment numbers, or agent IDs, are defined by the enroller's user account (see Licensing tab on the Users screen).

You may override the appointments associated with specific enrollers for this group by defining the case-specific numbers on this tab.

Enroller 

Select the enroller from the drop-down list.

Payer 

Select the Payer from the drop-down list.

Payer Agent ID 

Enter an ID for the Agent.

Product Agent ID 

Click to expand and display products, where you can override agent IDs at the product level.

Splits 

Click the plus icon to create a split with the selected enroller. Select the user for the split, and enter the amount that the user should receive.
