Beneficiaries Tab

The Beneficiaries tab lists the Plan, the name of the beneficiary associated with that plan, the address and phone number of the beneficiary, the percent that the beneficiary would receive, and the type of beneficiary (e.g., Primary or Contingent).

This information is for viewing only; changes to the beneficiary information would require re-enrollment.
