Custom Fields Tab
The Custom Fields tab displays any custom fields that exist for this case. These fields display on the Enrollment Site, on the Employment tab of the Personal Information screen, and may be required for completion of enrollment.
These fields are added at the case level; see the Guide to creating Custom Fields for information about adding Custom Fields.
