Demographics Tab

The Demographics tab displays the following information about the employee and any dependents:

• SSN
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Sex
• Type
• Student
• Disabled
• Event (Add, Change, or Delete)
• Event Date
• User
• Reason
• Delete option

This information is for review only, and may not be edited on this tab. However, you may update the information by changing the data during a re-enrollment.
