Form Library
The Form Library is a categorized document repository; the documents are available to users on the Enrollment site.
Form Library Elements
- Form Library Image ;Select an image, no larger than 60 x 60 pixels, to represent the Form Library on the Enrollment site. Click the plus button to upload the selected file to the case.
- Search
- Use the Search box to find a specific form in the Form Library.
- Form
- Displays the name and a link to the form.
- Category
- Displays the category name of the form. You assign the category to the form when you add it to the Form Library.
- Instructions
- Displays any form instructions.
Common Buttons
- New
- Click to add a new form to the Form Library.
- Save
- Click to save any changes made to the Form Library.
- Cancel
- Click to cancel changes to the Form Library.
