Alias Tab
The Alias tab gives you the ability to change the description for different tiers or deduction frequency names per plan wherever they are displayed. These names and codes will be presented to the user on the enrollment site and in reports.
For example, perhaps the employer refers to employees as "associates", so instead of "EO", or "Employee Only", they want to see "AO", or "Associate Only". Click the "Edit" button next to the tier name to be changed, make the change, and click "Update", and then "Save".
The example below reflects how that would be aliased:
