The Visibility tab allows you to set the visibility of a form based on the Location and/or Job Class of an employee. This is helpful if you want a document, such as a benefit guide, to only display to certain demographics of the employee base.
The default setting for a form is “Visible to all - Yes”.
To restrict the visibility of a form:
- Click the Visibility tab.
- Set the Visible to all toggle to No. The Locations and Job Classes for the case are displayed.
- Select the Location(s) for the form. Additional job classes may display.
- Select the Job Class(es) for the form.
- Click Save. You can use the All and None buttons to select/deselect all Locations and Job Classes.
