Creating a New Employee - Test Mode
You can now create a test employee quickly and easily. Just enter the following key pieces of information, and after clicking Create Employee, the test employee is created with "dummy data". The test employee cannot be changed to a Production employee, and will not appear in any Enrollment Stsatus or Pending queues.
Completing Required Information
- Date of Birth
- Click the down arrow to select the date of birth for the new employee.
- Gender
- Select the appropriate gender for the employee.
- Location
- Click the down arrow to display the Location of the new employee. Location may make some plan and payer products available.
- Job Class
- Click the drop-down arrow to select a Job Class; this provides the name of the location-specific eligibility class.
- Pay Group
- Click the down arrow to select the pay group; this identifies the same payroll frequency, deduction frequency, and pay calendar for a grouping of employees.
- Annual Salary
- Enter the salary of the employee; this computes salary-based benefits such as life and disability coverage.
