Assets Tab
The following case-specific digital assets can be uploaded from the Assets tab on the Case Info screen.
The Assets tab lets you upload the logos and presentations used on the Enrollment Site.
Upload digital assets by browsing for the filename and click Open. If you do not wish to upload a given asset, leave it blank. If you wish to delete a reference to an asset that has already been uploaded, delete the location given on this screen.
If the file you want is already located on the server, you may enter the location instead of uploading a new image.
Images should be in either JPEG (.JPG) or .GIF format. Presentations should be in Flash (.SWF) format (although PDF is also supported). The Benefit Guide may be in PDF or Flash (.SWF) format. For more information on creating Flash presentations, see Appendix E: Creating Flash Presentations.
While there are no restrictions on the sizes of images, use the following guidelines for images uploaded on the Assets tab:
Case Logo 180 x 60 pixels Report Logo 350 x 250 pixels Benefit Guide image 60 x 60 pixels Form Library image 60 x 60 pixels
Other Notes
If you wish to provide a link to a document explaining all of the employee benefit options on the enrollment website, upload a Benefit Guide. You must provide both a Benefit Guide image and a Benefit Guide document in order for the Benefit Guide to be displayed on the enrollment site.
If you do not provide a Case Intro presentation, the enrollment site will display the local textbank string SPLASH MESSAGE. You may define the contents of this textbank string as an alternative to providing an intro presentation.
The New Employee Intro presentation is only displayed in cases where new employees are allowed to add themselves to the case. The page displaying the presentation is accessed via the custom login page for the broker.
If you do not provide a Benefit Verification form, the enrollment site will display a confirmation button as the final step in enrollment. For more information on creating a Benefit Verification form, see
When you have completed Asset selection, click Add/Change, and then click Save.
