Benefit Assist

The Benefit Assist tab provides the following areas for set up of the Benefit Assist AI chatbot for the BenSelect Enrollment site.

Tone

Pick the tone and voice you’d like for Benefit Assist, and see an example of how it looks. You can choose from Friendly, Concise, Professional, or Sophisticated.

Prompt Questions

Select two prompt questions that an employee would see on the Enrollment site.

Fallback Response

Set up a response for Benefit Assist to use when an answer is not available.
