The Search box searches by partial or full values by default. For example, searching for john will return employees with the letters "john" at the beginning of any searchable field (such as John Smith or Ben Johnson). The wildcard character % can be used if you wish to do a partial search anywhere else in a field. For example, %son will find employees with names "Johnson", "Jameson", "Matthewson".

If you want to search by fields other than first name, last name, EID, or SSN, you can use a keyword in the search. Available keywords for advanced searches are:

  • location:
  • jobclass:
  • paygroup:
  • enrollmentstatus:
  • employmentstatus:

For example, to find all employees in a NotBegun enrollment status, you could search enrollmentstatus:NotBegun
