Text banks
The text bank is a general repository for text used in the current case and throughout the system. Text banks that are local to the current case are stored in the Local text bank. Text banks that are used throughout the system are stored in the Global text bank. Do NOT edit the Global text banks, unless the change has been approved by a site administrator.
- Import button
- This button allows you to import text banks that you've exported from another case.
- Export button
- This button exports all text banks that are local to the current case. The text bank information is saved to an Excel spreadsheet, and contains the following information:
- Text Bank Key - Name of the text bank; required for import into a case.
- Local Text - Content of the text bank; will include "source coding" for the text, if any exists. This refers to HTML coding and/or JScript.
- Last Updated - The timestamp of the last edit to the text bank.
- Language - Identifies the language used in the text bank; required for import into a case. Options include: English, Spanish, English (Canada), and French (Canada).
- Local Only

Editing Plan-Year Specific Text Banks
You can now create plan-year specific text banks, by adding the plan year as a suffix to the name of a text bank.
