Enroll Assist Tab
The Enroll Assist tab allows Case Build users the capability to toggle on/off Chat and Virtual Enrollment Assistance.
VIRTUAL ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE
Enable this toggle to provide direct assistance using screen share by the admin as an enroller or as the employee via self-service.
CHAT ASSISTANCE AVAILABILITY
Enable this toggle to turn on Chat Assistance, and then set the Days available, along with the From and To Times. You can also set the time zone for the Chat Assistance availability.
