Recommend Tab
BenRecommend allows you to create custom recommendations for specific benefit plans. For example, you can set up a voluntary critical illness product to be recommended during the enrollment of a medical plan.
- BenRecommend
- Click Enable to turn on the BenRecommend module. Click Disable to turn off the BenRecommend module.
- Inherit from Product
- Click this option to inherit settings from the product.
Available Recommendations
This section displays the recommendations created for the selected product.
- Product
- If there are multiple products on the selected benefit plan, select the product for the recommendation you want to create/use.
- Name
- Displays the name of the recommendation for the selected product.
- Enabled
- Shows if the recommendation is turned on (enabled) or off (disabled) for the selected product.
- Plus icon
- Click the Plus icon to create a new recommendation.
